1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days following the processing period. Please note that delivery timelines may vary based on your specific location and local courier conditions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Non-Delivery and Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Tiki Trade is not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

5. Damaged Items

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only offer shipping within India. We are working on expanding our reach to provide global protection soon.
