Refund Policy

At vviser, your satisfaction is our priority. As a brand under Tiki Trade, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with all tags and protective films (if applicable) intact.

2. Proof of Purchase

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please include your order number and the email address used to place the order in your communication with us.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns (India): You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@vviser.com with photos of the issue. In these cases, Tiki Trade will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no additional charge.

5. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized vviser products.

  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

6. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so before the item has been shipped. Once an item is in transit, it must follow the standard return process.
