Cancellation policy

At vviser, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your protection without delay. Because our fulfillment system is designed for speed, we have established the following policy regarding order cancellations.

1. Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. During this window, we can generally halt the processing and ensure your payment is returned to your original method of payment.

2. Orders In Transit or Processed

Once an order has entered the fulfillment process or has been handed over to our logistics partners (typically after the 24-hour mark), it cannot be cancelled.

  • If your order has already shipped, you must wait to receive the package and then follow our Refund Policy to initiate a return.

  • Shipping fees for orders that have already been dispatched are non-refundable.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed:

  • Customized Products: Any vviser product that has been personalized or custom-made to your specifications.

  • Flash Sales/Clearance: Items specifically marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Cancellable" at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Timeline

Upon successful cancellation within the allowed window, we will process your refund immediately. Please note:

  • It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
